1. Who we are

This store is operated by Ultimate Chicken Private Limited, a company registered in India. GSTIN: 36AAECU0849E1ZE. Registered address: Aditi Nilayam, DNo 16-3-V/390, Road No 9, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500085. We are an FSSAI-registered food business. For any query, email info@ultimatechicken.in.

2. Our products

We sell ready-to-eat, sous-vide cooked chicken. Products are perishable and must be stored refrigerated as printed on the pouch. Nutritional values (e.g. protein and calories) are approximate and may vary slightly between batches. Images are for representation.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, products and offers at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or errors in pricing or stock.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking and UPI AutoPay for subscriptions). We do not store your card or banking details. By paying, you confirm the payment method used is yours.

5. Delivery area

We currently deliver only within Hyderabad (serviceable pincodes beginning 500, 501, 502). Orders to non-serviceable pincodes cannot be fulfilled. Delivery slots and days are indicative and may shift due to operational reasons.

6. Subscriptions

Weekly subscriptions are billed automatically via Razorpay UPI AutoPay at the price shown when you subscribe, including any applicable discount. You can pause or cancel anytime before the next billing cycle from your subscription confirmation or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a cycle already shipped.

7. Cancellations, returns & refunds

As our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns once delivered. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos at info@ultimatechicken.in and we will replace it or refund it. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.

8. Discount codes

Discount codes are single-use unless stated, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Liability

If you have any food allergy or medical condition, please check the ingredients before consuming. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
